Haven Church is governed by a plurality of elders. Elders are men who are called by God and qualified by the local church, in accordance with Scripture, to lead and care for church members, oversee finances, and set vision for the church.

Nick Mudrezow
Lead Pastor
Nick joined the pastoral team at the Haven Church in October of 2016. Prior to that, he served as a Youth Pastor for over six years and as a Security Training Specialist with United States Investigative Services for eight years. He has a degree in Russian and Eurasian Studies from George Mason University and a Master of Arts in Religion from Reformed Theological Seminary.
Nick is a native of Fairfax, Va and has been happily married to his wife Jen for over eleven years. They currently live in Springfield, Va with their four wonderful kids. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, reading paired with a great cup of coffee, all things ice hockey, and spending time with his family.

Director of Operations and Discipleship
Kim stepped into the role of Director of Operations and Discipleship at Haven Church in July 2025. Kim is an author, speaker and teacher and continues to pursue her passion for women’s ministry and discipleship. She holds a Master’s degree in education and has spent over 20 years as a public school teacher. She enjoys gardening, time with her husband, Solomon, and cherishing their adult children, Jasmyn and Solomon II.
